Pkhara to Jomsom Trek

Jomsom is a very remote village but now it has become closer because of the frequent flights from Pokhara. In a week time you can experience lovely Annapurna foothill, alpine walk, beautiful view, varieties of ethnic culture and landscape of Tibetan plateau Drive by bus from Pokhara to Nayapul and walk to Birenthanti. In the next few days you travel through lovely Gurung villages and rhododendron forest to Ghorepani (2530m) and descend to Tatopani (1189m) at the bank of Kali Gandaki valley located in between Annapurna and Dhaulagiri range. The trail follows the ancient trade route to Mustang and Tibet. There is beautiful panoramic view from Ghorepani and almost along the entire trail. The diverse culture of the people, tropical to alpine vegetation and landscape make this a first time trek that will keep on bringing you back to this Himalayan kingdom.
